Or, when you upgrade Outlook Express 5.0 to Outlook Express 5.01 or later and attempt to start Outlook Express 5.01 or later from either the desktop icon or from within Internet Explorer, Outlook Express may not start. Your mouse pointer may change to an hourglass, and then nothing happens. There is no error message.
